PawSquad’s main challenge was to provide a user-friendly and accessible online platform that pet owners could use to easily access expert veterinary advice whenever they needed it.

The key challenge was to design a modern, scalable digital healthcare platform that empowers pet owners with instant access to expert veterinary guidance, improving convenience, accessibility, and overall pet care outcomes.

I provided UX research services to understand the needs and pain points of PawSquad's target audience. Based on the findings, I created wireframes and conducted user testing to ensure that the online platform was intuitive.

As a result of our work, PawSquad was able to provide a user-friendly and accessible online platform for pet owners to easily access expert veterinary advice. The mobile-responsive platform allowed users to access the service on their preferred devices, making it convenient and easy to use. Engaging the users was the primary goal of the portal.
